We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on gift cards.
Note: Sale items are eligible for return but will be refunded as store credit only.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
