Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return your item for a refund, 28 days to return your order for a exchange from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
I've received the wrong/faulty item
If in the rare circumstance, a member of the Redefine team has dispatched the incorrect item to you, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number and a photo of what you have received and we’ll rectify the problem quickly and efficiently. All postage costs you pay to return the incorrect item will be reimbursed.
I HAVE CHOSEN THE INCORRECT ITEM/SIZE
If you have accidentally chosen the incorrect item or size in your order, please contact us immediately by submitting a question.
We would advise doing this as quickly as possible due to the expedited nature of the picking & packing process.
Should you wish to change an item but you are too late, you will be liable for the return cost should you wish to exchange it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will then be refunded with your refund for all orders within the UK.
If you exchange your order we will refund your postage if you kindly email us proof of postage for all orders within the UK.
